Идея о возможности введения в Грузии конституционной монархии была выдвинута в воскресенье патриархом всея Грузии Илией Вторым. Идею патриарха поддержали председатель парламента Грузии Нино Бурджанидзе и представители фракции «Правая оппозиция».



Во вторник во второй половине дня Нино Бурджанидзе провела консультации с руководителями комитетов и фракций, в частности, по вопросу введения в стране конституционной монархии. По мнению представителей оппозиции, введение в стране монархии является единственным выходом для Грузии.
